RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your order arrives damaged, please email me at alizandcrafted@gmail.com with a photo of the item to arrange a replacement. No proof, no replacements or refund. There is absolutely no refunds or replacements for bracelets, as these bracelets are made intentionally to guide us individually on our spiritual journey.
